Garden Meetings
Garden meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month over Zoom at 7 pm, and are open to all. At the meetings we discuss our garden plans, how to extend our reach into the community, and what to grow! If you are interested in gardening, like to share gardening skills or want to learn more about gardening, please join us! If you are interested in local food and sustainable urban agriculture please join us! If you want to meet new neighbours, like creating community, or want to be a part of an exciting community project, please join us! Our goal is to cultivate community by growing a garden together.
Terms of Reference
Fulton Place Community Garden is governed by a Terms of Reference, which provides the vision and purpose of the community garden, defines garden membership, defines the roles and responsibilities of the Garden Committee and outlines the process for holding meetings and making decisions.

Garden Contract
A Garden Contract is signed by each garden member, and by a member of the Garden Committee. This lays out the practical rules for gardening together, so that we operate under a common understanding. Garden members with individual plots sign the Garden Contract, and garden members that are Friends of the Garden (without plots but with access to the communal areas) sign the Expectations for Friends of the Garden Members.
